Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) is excited to welcome back students for the first day of school on Wednesday, August 2, 2023. In preparation for the return to school, with respect to the safety of all students and staff, as a reminder, the district will only allow students to carry clear bookbags for the 2023-2024 school year. While the district will provide clear bookbags for all students as needed, parents/guardians are also asked/encouraged to acquire clear bookbags for their scholars.
